Hibernian Suffer Surprise Premier Sports Cup Defeat to Kelty Hearts


Hibernian suffered a 1-0 defeat to Kelty Hearts in the Premier Sports Cup in Fife, with Callum Flatman scoring the only goal from a 58th-minute corner delivered by former Hibs midfielder Scott Allan. Despite Harry McKirdy and Dylan Vente hitting the post, David Gray's side remains top of Group C. In contrast, Aberdeen cruised to a 4-0 victory over East Kilbride, with goals from Nicky Devlin, Jamie McGrath, Leighton Clarkson, and Shayden Morris. Airdrie stayed at the top of Group A on goal difference after Ben Wilson's 88th-minute winner secured a 4-3 comeback victory at Dumbarton.
