Korean FA Appeals to FIFA Over Alleged Racist Abuse of Hwang Hee-chan


The Korean Football Association has formally written to FIFA, expressing "serious concerns" following the alleged racial abuse of Hwang Hee-chan during a friendly match involving his club, Wolves. The English Football Association is supporting Wolves by collecting evidence related to the incident, which occurred during a pre-season game against Italian club Como in Spain on Monday. Once player interviews are completed, the FA is expected to forward the complaint to the Italian football federation, as UEFA has stated it cannot investigate since the match was not part of a UEFA competition.
